On Tuesday 7th May, a hardworking team of year 7 pupils presented their performance of the well-known Michael Morpurgo story, Kensuke’s Kingdom. The cast used a range of techniques to bring the story to life including acting, dance, physical theatre, drumming and puppetry.

Director Miss Elliott shared that ‘ They were a really sweet cast who worked well as a team to perform this lovely play. It was also lovely to have so many pupils in the cast who had never been in a play before!’  

We are very proud of their hard work and effort which was well received by a packed audience. We would also like to congratulate and thank the Year 10 Drama Ambassadors who supported this project and Ms Sammons’ production enrichment, who helped make some of the set and the fantastic puppet for Stella the dog.

We look forward to seeing the Year 7 cast get involved in future productions during their time here at TIFS!
