On Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th March year 7 and 8 pupils visited Carisbrooke Castle and Osborne House as part of their Cultural Capital Days.
Year 7’s spent Wednesday and year 8’s spent Thursday visiting both of the venues, to enhance and extend their historical and local cultural knowledge. Pupils were given maps and questions/tasks to complete to help them learn more about the history of each site.
The groups enjoyed their visits and all agreed how lucky we are to have these wonderful facilities on our doorstep.
Thank you to Carisbrooke Castle and Osborne House for partnering with us to provide these experiences for pupils.
