Under the captaincy of Preston W TIFS came away with three wins and one loss.

Game 1: 3:1 to TIFS (VS Cowes Enterprise college)

A physical game against Cowes Enterprise College saw TIFS make some great ground with some excellent individual displays from the captain, Dylan W, Hugh L and Milo F.

Strong carries from Regan N and Charlie B and P drove the ball through three times, with only one try conceded in the first match.

Game 2: 0:1 to Ryde Academy

Another physical Game against Ryde Academy, with a team of only year 10s from TIFS up against some strong year 11s from Ryde, TIFS knew they were in for a hard game. Ryde tried many times to batter their way through, but TIFS defence held firm. All the players, including Aden C, Alex E and Freddy D showed their mettle and proved that technique beats size every time. Holding a 0-0 draw until the last play of the game, when a strong Ryde attack saw a hole open up and a try scored.

Game 3: 2:1 to TIFS (VS The Bay)

Another game of two halves, with brawn beating brains in The Bay attack, saw Charlie B bust through the line and score early. A Sandown Bay sprinter edged the TIFS boys out with a breakaway try that took the game level. Elliot O and Coben AC played exceptionally as well as Henry L. and Regan N pushed TIFS to win with a second (questionable) try.

Game 4: 5:1 (VS Medina College)

An absolutely fantastic display of rugby from the entire team. Dylan W scored from the first kick, with a great chase and score. Liquid play from the rest of the team saw 3 more tries go in in quick succession. One stray Medina ball landed past the whitewash on the TIFS side. But this was quickly answered by a chip and chase by Alex E, chased up and tackling the attacking player, Henry L ripped the ball and scored for a great end to the day.
