Miss Lear grew up in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and moved to the island in 2002.
In her spare time, Miss Lear enjoys walking down Ventnor beach, searching for sea glass.
Experience
Miss Lear went on to study Health and Social Care at the Isle of Wight College, and nurtured her enjoyment of caring for people through volunteering at the hospital and local Children’s Centres.
Miss Lear also worked as an Estate Agent, and enjoyed helping people purchase and sell their homes, before joining The Island Free School in 2017.

I look forward to helping children learn at The Island Free School and share their adventures.
