On Tuesday 10th March, as part of the year 9 careers programme, selected pupils visited the IW College’s fantastic Sports Department. Our pupils were instructed by some of the college’s Level 2 students in the safe use of gym equipment. As part of this, year 9 were shown how to warm up, workout, cool down and stretch. They then had the opportunity to ask any questions about the personal training course they were undertaking and what it is like to be a part of the IW College. All in all, a very insightful and inspiring visit for our keen sportsmen and women.
