As part of our careers programme, pupils from year 10 were selected to visit Arts University Bournemouth on Tuesday 28th June. The university, which specialises in the Arts, including Performing Arts and Creative Media, were showcasing their successful and highly inspirational graduate summer show. We saw some incredible pieces of artwork, sculpture, costume and more, all produced by the students at AUB. We also listened to a talk about the different creative careers and learned more about salaries and what courses support different job roles – looking at some examples from previous students who had gone on to pursue these careers.

Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our day and learned lots about the careers and courses that could await us in the future!
