On 17th November, a handful of year 8 and 9 art pupils were invited to the Ventnor Exchange to help run and participate in a variety of different workshops. Whilst there pupils showed members of the public a variety of different art skills including: watercolour painting, wreath making, pom pom and sock monkey making, origami and much more.

Some of our pupils also ran a puppet workshop with each puppet performing an election speech before opening the vote to the public to see who would be crowned puppet prime minister.

Everyone had a wonderful time and lots of members of the public commented on how polite and helpful the pupils were whilst running the workshops and how they are a credit to our school.

Well done to all participants for their hard work and excellent attitudes and behaviour.
