We were delighted to welcome back alumnus Alfie G at the end of September, who joined us to speak to our Year 9 and 10 pupils about engineering and his journey since leaving TIFS.

In an inspiring session, Alfie shared his experiences of progressing from TIFS to the University of Cambridge along with some valuable words of wisdom about the hard work, dedication and commitment needed to achieve outstanding A-Level results, secure a place at Robinson College, Cambridge, and successfully gain the Quest Scholarship from the Institution of Civil Engineers.

It’s fantastic to hear about the successes of our former pupils and to see where their journeys take them. We’re incredibly grateful to Alfie for taking the time to return to TIFS and inspire the next generation.
