On Friday, the 2025 Cohort embarked on the traditional Year 7 hike, accompanied by their mentors and other staff members. Pupils were dropped off at different locations across the Island before navigating their way back to school.

Despite the drizzly conditions, pupils’ remained in high spirits and embraced the challenge wholeheartedly. Each Year 7 earnt their pre DofE bronze expedition badge.

They exhibited brilliant team work, map reading and leadership skills, and started to build some brilliant friendships and bonds. As always, the hike was a lovely way for our new year 7’s to begin their TIFS journey.
