Today, during mentor time, pupils learned more about Armistice Day and participated in thoughtful discussion and activities relevant to the subject. They also listened to a range of audio clips, then reflected on the emotional impact or imagery this presented.

The whole school community marked remembrance with the customary silence at 11am. Pupils and staff stood to show respect for all who have lost their lives due to conflict.

As a final tribute, The Last Post was played by Mr Balch, Caitlin B and Miles H and could be heard echoing throughout the school building.
