Yesterday, the annual individual cross country championships were held at Christ the King College. TIFS took a large contingent of girls and boys from Years 7 & 8 to compete against all other Island secondary schools. Despite bright sunshine, the bitter wind and muddy course created challenging conditions for our runners, however all pupils finished their respective races and produced some outstanding personal performances. Special congratulations to Maisey K, Thea B, Adam A and Alex E in Year 7, and to Shanay S, Sam F and Luke S in Year 8, all of whom qualified to represent the Isle of Wight at the Hampshire Finals (held in Basingstoke) on 6th March.
