This morning, Thursday 25th August, we welcomed our 2017 cohort back to The Island Free School for their GCSE Results Day, marking the culmination of a huge effort and exceptional hard work from both our staff and pupils.
It is with great pride that we are able to share a set of results that underline what our island children are capable of against the backdrop of the turbulence of the pandemic.
Mr Boyd said, “That our pupils have maintained the standards we achieved in 2019 despite such a challenging KS4 experience is testament to the ethos of our school, the diligence of our pupils and the enthusiasm of our extraordinary school community. Well done everyone and best of luck in your future endeavours.”
