Today, Thursday 12th August, we were delighted to welcome our 2016 cohort pupils back to TIFS for their GCSE Results Day.

Again this year, grades were awarded based on pupils’ work throughout their GCSE courses and teacher assessments, rather than through end of year exams.

It was lovely to see so many of the cohort back in our building, sharing in the nervous, but excited atmosphere. They will now go on to study at providers both across the island and mainland (some even further afield!) in their chosen courses such as: A-Level, BTEC and Apprenticeships.

We are immensely proud of the enthusiasm and resilience these pupils have shown and how hard they have worked over the last three years; their results truly are well deserved.

We would like to wish all the 2016 cohort pupils every success for the future and look forward to hearing how well you continue to do in your chosen endeavours.
