At the weekend, Kai from year 7 competed in the Island Scouts Archery Competition with tremendous results!

The competition consisted of different categories, with Kai coming in 3rd place for Standard Archery but going on to win gold for his performance in Clout, (a form of archery in which archers shoot arrows at a flag known as ‘the Clout’ from a relatively long distance and score points depending on how close each arrow lands to the flag).

With his overall performance in both categories taken into account, Kai placed 2nd overall, winning the silver medal for his age group.
