This week, our U15 boys took on a challenge in playing a cricket Tri-Tournament vs The Bay & CTK. A mix of majority year 9s and two year 10s narrowly lost both games.

In game 1, some great performances with the ball from Cian S-B, James C and Joseph H kept a strong CTK to a respectable 72 off their 8 overs. TIFS Unfortunately got bowled out for 62, however some resilience from Joseph H gave us some hope. Plenty of great skills on show!

In game 2 TIFS played The Bay. Batting first we set the score of 61, with James C and Herbie C-H running well between the wickets. TIFS started off bowling strongly with wickets coming from each bowler, however some power hitting from The Bay’s number 5 meant that they got over the line with only 2 balls spare.

A youthful TIFS U15s team showed great ability, determination and confidence to play a team from the year above!
