TIFS 6 – 2 Ryde School

Following on from last week’s win against Priory School, TIFS U14 girls hockey team were on dominant form beating Ryde School in an away fixture on Tuesday evening.
Our girls began brilliantly, scoring two goals in the first 10 minutes. Ryde defended well for the rest of the half and, despite multiple short corners, TIFS were unable to stretch their lead.
The second half began much as the first with TIFS converting their first two attacks to lead 4-0. Ryde then fought back well scoring two goals to narrow the lead, however TIFS proved too strong with two more fantastic goals.
The game ended 6 -2 to TIFS.
