A little while ago a number of pupils from year 10 participated in the National scientific thinking challenge, organised by Warwick university.

This is a challenge to judge the mental and scientific knowhow our pupils have. Pupils are then awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze certificates based on their score.

TIFS pupils gained four gold, two silver and three bronze certificates, which was excellent. Out of nearly 14,000 14/15 year olds around the world our pupils were some of the highest scoring, which is fantastic!

We hope to enter even more pupils for the challenge next year.
