On Saturday 29th April our Year 9 pupil, Carter, attended Nottingham’s Junior Inter-regional Rowing Regatta. 

Carter competed in the J14 Double Sculls event representing Wessex where he and his rowing partner, Louis, got off to a brilliant start taking a half a length out of their opponents in the first 6 strokes. They managed to maintain this lead until the finish, resulting in them securing Gold medal, making them the fastest J14 Crew in England and Wales.
