Last Friday some of our Year 7 & 8 pupils battled it out against other island schools in the “Road to Wimbledon” Tennis tournament that took place at Ventnor Tennis Club.

All TIFS pupils performed brilliantly throughout the afternoon and played some exceptional Tennis. Anna A was crowned the Year 7 Girls Champion, losing only one game during the whole afternoon – her strong serve proved vital! Connor S (Year 8) and Noah F-S (Year 7) also put in strong performances in the Boys category, finishing second and third.

Well done to everyone that took part on Friday – Mr Suter and Miss Hart were very impressed with the level of tennis performed throughout the tournament.
