On Tuesday 5th July a group of year 7 & 8 pupils went to Cowes Enterprise College to take part in an inaugural Physics festival to showcase a number of the Engineering companies on the island. Many of them had interactive activities for the pupils that included boat building, making and testing rockets as well as designing undercarriages for aircraft.

The pupils were also given a talk on space and the development of ion drive engines for space travel. The event finished with a number of explosive demonstrations from Wonderstruck.
