On Friday, five of our pupils represented TIFS at the annual Interschools Dressage Competition. As the sun shone in Godshill, our five riders arrived with their horses plaited and looking beautifully turned out.

All riders rode British Dressage test Prelim 13, where horses and riders perform a set routine of movements, each movement is given a mark out of ten. The individual mark from each of the riders is then combined to give an overall result for the team competition. All riders performed fluent, well-ridden tests and were excellent ambassadors for the school.

After two years of restrictions, it was a joy to have pupils representing the school in equestrian competitions again. Well done to all who participated and we look forward to seeing some of the pupils competing again in the Interschools Showjumping in May.
