During the week of 6th-10th November 2023, pupils in Year 9 had the opportunity to participate in the GCHQ National Language Competition 2023. 

Pupils were allocated into teams and had to have a go at ‘capturing the flag’ to win points by breaking codes in a series of puzzles, on an online platform. 

Lots of pupils took part and really embraced getting involved with this competition. The participants were presented with their certificates to recognise this in assembly earlier this week by Miss Kerley, who was really impressed with the effort and skill each team showed.
