On the 19th May four students from The Island Free School took part in the inter schools dressage competition at Little Kennerley Farm, Godshill. Competing against year 7, 8 and 9 students from high schools across the Island, TIFS first equestrian team, Tammy Nicholls, Ella Upson, Kirsty Angus and Theo King achieved great individual scores with some very positive and encouraging judges feedback.

Miss Allman commented, “The students have worked incredibly hard preparing for this event and they and their ponies were beautifully turned-out. All the students made a superb effort and were outstanding ambassadors for the school. Also, a big thank you to the Mums, Dads and Great Auntie’s for their support and bringing the ponies!”
