Our girls’ cross country team has won their first competition – and we predict that it will be the first of many!

The recent tournament, hosted at Christ the King College, saw 15 teams from all the Island secondary schools compete in a thrilling relay over a challenging course. Both our boys’ and girls’ teams worked extremely hard – with impressive results.

Mr Malkin, Head of PE and Enrichment (pictured above with the girls), reports: “The boys secured a very respectable 8th place, while the girls triumphed in first place after determined runs from Mia Basile, Kara Hogg and Maisie Witty. Congratulations to all our runners – what a fantastic achievement and great team effort”.
