Last Wednesday, a group of Year 9 girls and boys took part in the Island Cross Country Championships at Medina College. Braving the bitterly cold weather, pupils completed a challenging 3km route. Overall, the girls’ team finished 2nd, and the boys finished in 3rd. Congratulations must go to Maisie W, Kara H, Fay M-S and Izaac K, who all qualified for the Hampshire Finals which are due to take place in January.
