Yesterday saw our under 13 and 15 girls compete in the Chance to Shine Regional Cricket Final, held at Winchester.

Despite the rain on the way there, TIFs pupils played tremendously well in back to back matches in the roaring sunshine. Our under 15’s played four matches, winning one but just narrowly losing the other three. An amazing effort!

Our under 13’s, despite losing one match, won an incredible five out of six matches – making them the under 13 regional winners. This is our first time winning this competition, which is even more pleasing having come second the last time we took part, back in 2019.

It was an all round team performance with everybody bowling, batting and fielding extremely well. Thank you to Mr Milton for organising, and to Mr Boyd for umpiring.
