On Saturday 24th June, Miss White, Mrs Steele and Mr Boyd will be taking part in the infamous Race To The King http://www.racetotheking.com. This is an 84km/53mile ultra marathon from Arundel to the steps of Winchester Cathedral. Between them they will be running a total of 159 miles! The race begins at 8am and they aim to cross the finish line by sunset (this is precisely at 9:21pm). The team are running to raise money for Place2Be, an adolescent mental health charity that organises in-school support programmes for teenagers experiencing a range of mental health issues.
This is the furthest they have ever run and is sure to push them to their absolute limits both physically and mentally.
